What’s new in Site2PDF
Every change a user can notice — new options, captures that come out right, clearer messages. Newest first. 35 entries so far.
Try the archiver-
- New Save archives to your own Google Drive — from the Starter plan. The arrow beside Download sends a finished archive straight to a Site2PDF folder in your Drive, and scheduled captures can be delivered there automatically on every run. The upload happens on our server, so you can close the tab. Connect it on the Cloud storage tab of your account. We ask only for access to files this app creates: nothing else in your Drive is visible to us.

- New A heads-up before every renewal: paid plans now get an email three days before the card is charged — what the amount will be, the date, and how the charge appears on your statement, with a one-click cancel if you would rather stop. No subscription should ever be a surprise on a bank statement.
- Improved Free plan: 2 whole-site archives a month (was 5), still up to 5 pages each. Single-page captures stay unlimited and free with no account. For one bigger site, the one-off pack covers 3 archives without a subscription.

- Improved Lower prices again: Starter $9, Pro $19, Business $39 a month — and every plan keeps its current allowances (Starter: 20 archives a month, up to 300 pages each, files kept 90 days). Existing subscribers: nothing changes for you.

- New Lite plan — $9 a month. The entry tier is back: 10 whole-site archives a month, up to 200 pages each, all formats including ZIP, legal capture, 5 scheduled pages with change alerts, files kept 30 days. For anyone who needs a few archives a month and nothing more.
- Improved Starter now covers bigger sites. Up to 300 pages per archive (was 200) and 20 archives a month (was 15), at the same $19. Existing Starter subscribers get the new limits automatically — nothing to do.

- New One-off archive pack — for when you need one site archived and no subscription. $12 once buys 3 whole-site archives that never expire, up to 200 pages each, files kept 90 days, legal capture included. Your monthly free allowance is used first; a cancelled or failed run gives the archive back.
- Improved Files are kept much longer. Free 14 days (was 7), Starter 90 days (was 30), Pro 12 months (was 90 days), Business 24 months (was 180 days). Nothing to do — the new window applies to every archive from now on.
- Improved More scheduled pages on Free (3, was 1) and Starter (10, was 5).
- Improved Free plan, simplified: 5 whole-site archives a month for everyone — the extra 5 for creating an account is gone, so one number means one thing. A free archive now holds up to 5 pages (was 10): enough to see whole-site capture work on your own site, and if yours is bigger, the one-off pack above covers it without a subscription. Single-page captures stay unlimited and free.
- Improved New plan prices for new subscriptions: Starter $19, Pro $49, Business $99 a month. If you already subscribe, your price does not change — you keep what you signed up at, and you get the longer retention and extra scheduled pages on top. Legal captures are now digitally signed — and anyone can verify them, with no account and without taking our word for it. Alongside the certificate you now get a signed manifest and a signature file; our public key is published so a court, an auditor, or opposing counsel can confirm the archive is authentic and unaltered with one standard

- New Update payment method on the plan card opens our payment provider's own portal, so an expiring card can be swapped without writing to us. It also appears in the warning shown when a renewal is declined — which until now told you to fix something it gave you no way to fix.

- New Cancel your subscription yourself — it is a button on the plan card in your account now, not an email to us. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and the card tells you the date. How cancelling works.
- New Changed your mind before that date? Keep my plan drops the cancellation and billing carries on — no new checkout, same card, same price.

- New Unclip — a new Advanced option for panels that scroll inside themselves, like a documentation sidebar or a long menu. Name the panel and the capture shows all of it instead of the part that happened to fit.
- Improved Sites that publish no sitemap are now scanned by following their own links, so Full Website finds real pages instead of offering only the URL you typed.
- Fixed A closed mobile menu could be captured as if it were open, leaving a dark sheet over the first screen. It stays closed now.

- Improved Pages that hold their scripts back until a visitor interacts — a common WordPress speed setting — are now captured with everything on them. Before, whole sections could come out blank.
- Improved Apps that live inside a frame, such as Streamlit dashboards, are captured in full rather than as the single screen the frame was showing.
- Fixed A site that refuses automated requests now says so plainly, and the attempt no longer costs you an archive.

- Fixed The Unfix option no longer stretches sticky columns, so product pages that use them keep the layout they have on screen.
- Improved Very tall pages report what was captured and what was not, instead of quietly stopping.

- New PDFs are searchable. The page is still captured as an exact image, so the layout stays pixel-perfect, but an invisible text layer now sits underneath it — Ctrl+F finds the text and you can select and copy it. Text that was already an image, such as a logo, is not covered.
- New Saved settings — store the Advanced Options you work out for a site and re-apply them with one click.
- Improved Legal capture: single pages stay unlimited on every plan; certifying a whole site is two a month on Free and unlimited from Starter.
- Improved Scheduled captures are out of testing — a standard feature now, on every plan.
- Improved Notification emails now follow a run within about fifteen minutes instead of up to an hour.
- Improved Cookie banners are detected across 30+ consent platforms plus a generic fallback, so most disappear without any configuration.
- Improved Google ad blocks are removed by default — turn it off under Advanced options → Cookies & ads.
- Improved Bigger, more legible timestamp footer on legal captures.
- New List / grid switch for the page picker in full-website mode.
